AtoBiz provides streetdog with a new home
Last month the AtoBiz team has been taking care of a two-year-old streetdog, providing it with medical assistance, food and a home.
Shortly after its introduction it was nicknamed Chabón (Argentinean for 'dude') and we saw the timid dog's health and mood improve and change it into a cheering play mate for Beau the boxer. All clean and liberated from any disease and parasites the quest for a new boss began. And, since last week Chabón is living with a lady and her little son who live just a few blocks away.
Despite the large quantity of dog lovers in Buenos Aires, there do live many dogs on the street that deserve a better life. With this pleasant experience in mind, we hope that in the future we'll be able to do more for animals in need, whether it'll be through (temporary) adoption or another initiative.

CakeFest in Buenos Aires
Last week AtoBiz has been attending CakeFest, the second international conference on the progressive developing platform Cake.
We had a great exchange of thoughts and knowledge with speakers Garret Woodworth, Nate Abele, Jeff Loiselle and Mark Story, all lead developers of CakePHP. They accepted our invitation to finish off this inspiring week along with some good drinks in our office garden.
Long live Cake!
